Heather McKay, Vice President, Human Resources, leads a team of dedicated professionals who manage all the HR and internal communication needs for the growing ACL global staff. Her mandate focuses on the attraction, retention, and development of staff to support the company's aggressive growth plans. McKay delivers a variety of programs designed to advance the company's strategic goals by building the alignment and capability of ACL's employees.

In addition to a broad HR generalist background, McKay has specialized experience in organizational development and change leadership. Prior to joining ACL, Heather held senior positions with Ballard Power Systems, Deloitte Consulting, and Imperial Oil.

She has an undergraduate degree from McMaster University and holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
