Terry Ingram, CFO, is responsible for ACL's financial strategy and planning, financial performance management, liquidity management, financial risk management, capital structure, financial regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.

Before joining ACL, Terry was the CFO of General Paint, where he led the development of the corporate strategy and implemented rigorous financial analysis to drive profitability through superior investment decisions. Prior to that he was Director of Finance with Business Objects, where he led the development of the Finance Shared Services, driving improved scalability and service levels.

He has also worked as a consultant to a number of international organizations, providing finance transformation, process improvement, risk management, and system implementation services in Australia, Europe and North America. Terry began his career with KPMG in the Audit and Accounting practice.

Terry is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, and holds Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Melbourne, Australia.
