With Standard Support, you have access to technical support by phone or online from the ACL Global Help Desk. You may also visit the Support Center and search the ACL Knowledge Base for new ways to access data, detect fraud, automate scripts, and improve controls testing. Share best practices in applying ACL software with other users around the world on the User Forum. As part of Standard Support, the educator will also receive ACL’s newsletter, Take Command!™, which features technical tips, FAQs and user applications.
