ACL AuditExchange
2009 is the world’s first managed analytics platform for audit. Designed specifically for audit teams, it dramatically improves productivity and performance. And by capturing and storing critical audit information in one secure, central location, it enables your whole team to share and reuse that information more effectively and efficiently.
The result - a solution that meets the needs of today’s audit department for better insights into their business and more confidence in their information.
Something for Everyone
ACL AuditExchange offers value at every stage of the audit cycle. Each team member can complete high quality audits faster: it provides data access for data specialists; query and analysis tools for analysts and organizational tools to oversee and manage results. With ACL AuditExchange, you’ll get a desktop license for the entire audit team so everyone can use the power of audit analytics technology to capitalize on their individual area of expertise.
A Central Audit Repository
The AuditExchange repository is a centralized and secure location that allows you to store, update, share and reuse audit artifacts such as data formats, audit tests and analysis logs. The AuditExchange Repository is accessible to everyone on the audit team so existing work can be reused and repurposed, reducing the duplication of effort. Therefore, your team can focus on more value-add activities and increase audit coverage. Since the repository sits on a secure server, you won’t have to worry about breaching security protocols.
Unprecedented Data Access with ETL for ACL AuditExchange
ACL AuditExchange incorporates both ACL’s data access capabilities and ETL technology from worldwide market leader Informatica®. Reach all data sources in the enterprise for deeper audit coverage.
ETL for ACL AuditExchange and additional specialized data connectors are optional add-ons that allow you to load transactional data from a variety of sources into the AuditExchange repository for analysis. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) technology facilitates access to data housed in a wide range of source systems. The ETL process extracts data from the source, transforms it into the .FIL file format that ACL understands and loads it into the AuditExchange repository on the ACL AuditExchange server for the entire team to use. It offers connectivity to ERP systems, complex databases and industry-specific data through a multitude of data connectors.
